Follow the simple steps set out below:

  • Provide beneficiary details
  • Pay for your transfer and send

Please pay for your online transactions using one of the following methods

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Online Bank Transfer

Check that your email address has been provided to us correctly. Also check the clutter or junk mail folders of your email account. If you do not find the email in these folders, please contact our customer services team.

This means we currently do not cover this destination and you will therefore be unable to send money there using our services. We are working very hard to expand our reach to cover more destinations, please check back regularly.

Provided your funds have cleared into our accounts, the money transfer process should take no longer than 10 minutes. However, we advise that you leave at least 3 hours before reaching out to us as there might be a delay in the destination country beyond our control.

You can also check the transaction status on the payments section to monitor the progress of your transfer.

Provided your Glowirefx account has been verified, you will be able to send a maximum of £2,000 in a single transaction and a total of £10,000 per month in multiple transactions. The minimum amount you can transfer with us is £10.00.

If you need to send any amount larger than £10,000, please contact our customer services team.

Like all other financial institutions, we need to comply with anti-money laundering guidelines and regulations. We may therefore need to ask for photographic identification or a proof of address or both in order to process your transfer.

Please note that you cannot use a single document source to confirm both your name and address. If you provide your driving licence as proof of identification you must provide another document as proof of address, such as a utility bill.

We accept valid passports or a full UK driving licence. We do not accept provisional or international driving licenses.

For proof of address, we accept utility bills, credit card statements and bank statements, provided they are not older than three months.

Money transferred will be paid out in the local currency at the transfer destination.

Depending on the receiving country, we offer the following.

  • Bank Transfer – Money is received directly into the beneficiary’s bank account.
  • Mobile Airtime – Money is received instantly as mobile credit to top-up recipient’s mobile airtime.

If a payment is cancelled or unsuccessful for any reason, the payment will be returned in full through your original mode of payment. Please allow up to 3 working days if the payment return is not immediate as we may need to carry out extra verification to ensure payment has not gone through.

We do not share your personal data with any third party except where necessary with our partners in connection with your transaction and their services to Glowirefx to fulfil said transaction.
